- Students are to pay the dormitory fee via wire transfer after being informed of the payment deadline, account number, and dormitory fee from the administrative office.
- After paying the dormitory fee, the wire transfer receipt (confirmation of deposit) should to the administration office.
- Check-in available at the dormitory administration office after validating your identification.
Dormitory in campus(Woo-jeong won)
Woojungwon is 7-stories tall and has a basement floor. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom and also provides students with a clean environment to study. On the ground floor and basement there are many stores and a large cafeteria of about 12,000m² for students to shop and eat at. Other various convenience and welfare facilities such as a bank, bookstore, pharmacy, flower shop, opticians shop, computer store, cosmetics store, and food court are all located within the dormitory

Neoville a housing facility located across from the main gate of Kyung Hee University, Global Campus. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and shower facilities. It provides a comfortable and spacious living area, individual room air conditioning, and a large lounge area. Rice and kimchi are included for all.
